About Employ Select!
Employ Select! is a recruitment and selection agency for permanent positions. We grew out of many years of experience in recruitment and therefore know the labour market from different sides.
Our services revolve around two things: helping employers find suitable staff and helping candidates find a challenge that suits them.
We are based in Hoogeveen and active throughout the Netherlands. The candidate is employed directly by the client.

The way we work
We have a large network and several channels of our own to reach candidates. This means we do not only depend on people who actively respond to a vacancy. We also search specifically for candidates who are not actively applying at the moment, but who are open to a suitable next step.
We are active across a range of sectors and roles. Our focus is not on one specific industry, but on roles and organisations where our network and knowledge can genuinely add value.
We are generalists in the market and take on almost every request. Think of positions in construction, production, carpentry, the financial sector, HR and technical office roles. Ultimately, it can be almost any industry.

Within the Employ network, each of us has our own role. Employ Werkt! recruits and places flexible workers through temporary employment and secondment. Employ Select! selects: we look for specialists and skilled professionals for a permanent position with the client.
Because we are part of Employ, we can make use of the Employ network. This lets us reach candidates who are not actively applying, but who are open to a suitable next step. Employers and employees: we help them both move forward.

What does it cost to work with Employ Select!?
We usually work on a no cure no pay basis: all the risk stays with us, fair and transparent.
We cover the costs of advertising, promotion and campaigns. Only when we place someone with you on a contract, so when the client has actually been helped, do we charge for our services. We discuss the terms during the introduction, also known as the vacancy intake.
How does a recruitment process work?
We start with a vacancy intake, in which we map out the organisation. We then recruit through campaigns, our own network and headhunting, interview and assess candidates and make a proposal.
We schedule and organise the job interview and usually attend it as well. Finally, we discuss the contract terms and finalise them together.
Why can't we find suitable candidates ourselves?
This is not because the candidates are not out there, but because the vacancy may come across as somewhat vague or fails to spark interest.
