Discussing your staffing needs, even without a detailed vacancy
25 September 2026
Filling a vacancy can take a lot of time and energy. Often it does not even start with a vacancy, but with the question of who you actually need. That is exactly when a conversation is valuable.
It starts with a vacancy intake
We go through the vacancy with you. This raises questions you may not have considered yourself as an employer. We map out the organisation, so that translating it for the candidate goes smoothly.
You do not need a detailed job profile for this. Tell us which position you want to fill, and we will help you sharpen the vacancy.
Why you cannot find suitable candidates yourself
That is usually not down to the candidates: they are out there. Often the vacancy comes across as vague or fails to spark interest. By first mapping out the company and its culture, we can describe the role in a way that appeals to the right people.
Then we search actively
We run campaigns, search our own network and actively headhunt suitable profiles. We talk to the candidates, assess whether they suit the role and the organisation, and only introduce candidates who are genuinely interesting.
No cure no pay
We usually work on a no cure no pay basis: all the risk stays with us, fair and transparent. We discuss the terms during the introduction, also known as the vacancy intake.
How to get in touch
Leave your details via Submit a vacancy or call or email Thomas. We aim to get in touch within one working day.
